David is a Senior Reclamation Specialist with professional designations from the Alberta Institute of Agrologists and the BC Institute of Agrologists as a Professional Agrologist (P.Ag.) and EnviroCert International as a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC). He is a former partner and Manager of Reclamation at TERA Environmental Consultants. David has been a reclamation Subject Matter Expert contributor to 100's of project applications to the AER, AEP, AUC and CER. He has participated in the reclamation and restoration planning of large NEB pipeline projects in National and Provincial Parks, third-party reclamation section reviewer of AEP transportation and oilsand mine applications, and numerous wetland and watercourse riparian restoration programs. Over his 35+ year career, David has provided services tailored to clients within the oil & gas, electrical transmission, transportation, mining and agriculture markets. He values the work that is required to establish long-term relationships with clients, as well as to understand their project's goals and objectives, regulatory framework and schedule.
